“Hi everyone out there, this is Mr. Jingeling. I’m sorry I haven’t written in a while, but let me tell you what I’ve been up to all year and maybe you’ll understand how busy I’ve been around the North Pole here. Let’s start in…

January:
A lot of us at the North Pole just rested all month after the hectic Christmas season finally came to an end. Everyone took it easy except for Jo-Jo who started eating all of the left over Christmas cookies.

February:
Santa and I began talking about some of the plans we had for Christmas this year. The elves were still resting up and I got Frank the handyman who runs the stables next to my workshop, to start slowly exercising the reindeer to get them in shape for the coming seasons. Jo-Jo still was spending a lot of free time eating cookies.

March:
Lots of the wood and parts for toys arrived at Santa’s workshop and I helped inspecting all of the material in case extra keys were needed for any possible toy parts. Strangely enough, Jo-Jo had a stomach ache that lasted until…

April & May:
I took a secret trip to Cleveland to see some of my friends there and wanted to make sure all of the Cleveland children were being good and was keeping the Christmas spirit within them all year round. I heard while I was gone that Jo-Jo was secretly scurrying around the North Pole searching for something, I don’t know what.

June & July:
Upon my return to the North Pole I found Santa and the elves were all studying plans and blueprints for all of the new toys they were to build this summer.

August & September:
Some of us took a small breather because very soon there would be nothing but work, work work. I found out what Jo-Jo was looking for and he found it... his very own cookie recipe. Maybe he’s trying to make his own batch of tasty cookies.

October & November:
We’ve all been very busy, as busy as beavers, like Jo-Jo’s cousin Baff. Plenty of the toys to be delivered on Christmas Eve have already been made and are ready for delivery. Meanwhile I heard that Jo-Jo’s baking did not turn out so well and he had to throw everything away. I also heard that Mrs. Clauses cookies have gone missing. Hmmmm. I wonder if there’s any connection there?

December:
And now it’s December and we’re all waiting for the big day to arrive. The reindeer are ready, so is Santa. But something odd just happened a few moments ago. Jo-Jo came bursting in with a big bag over his shoulder asking if I could hide him. Before I could answer, he went out the back door and Mrs. Claus popped in asking me if I’d seen Jo-Jo. Maybe Jo-Jo has had a more exciting year than the rest of us put together. Oh well,

HAPPY HOLIDAY EVERYONE!
